Instead - in place of someone or something else;

Legless - without legs, disabled;

Creature - any large or small living thing that can move independently;

Keep fit - stay healthy and in a good shape;

Broken - suffering emotional pain that is so strong that it changes the way you live, usually as a result of an unpleasant event;

Injury - physical harm or damage to someone's body caused by an accident or an attack;

Lose - to no longer have something because you do not know where it is;

Spectator - a person who watches an activity, especially a sports event, without taking part;

Agile - able to move your body quickly and easily;

Disciplined - behaving in a very controlled way;

For pleasure - for enjoyment, happiness, or satisfaction, or something that gives this;

Hike - a long walk, especially in the countryside;

Crowd - a group of friends or a group of people with similar interests.
 
Examples:

It is difficult for him to lose weight.

The young gymnasts who won the competition were a talented and disciplined team.

She likes hiking very much.

There are crowds at the match.
