The First Conditional is used to talk about real and possible situations. It is structured with if + present simple, followed by will + base verb.

Structure:
If + Present simple, will + base verb
Example:
Positive: If you exercise daily, you will feel more energetic.
Negative: If you do not exercise, you will not feel energetic.
Positive: If you exercise daily, you will feel more energetic.
Negative: If you do not exercise, you will not feel energetic.
When + Present simple, subject + will + base verb
Example:
Positive: When it rains, I will take an umbrella.
Negative: When I don't feel tired, I won't go to bed early.
Will + base verb + if + Present simple
Example:
Positive: I will stay at home if it rains tomorrow.
Negative: She will fail the exam if she doesn’t study.
Staying healthy is important for everyone. First, you should exercise regularly. Exercise builds strength and helps your body stay strong. It also improves your flexibility. Stretching exercises can make your joints move better.
Next, staying active boosts your metabolism. This means your body uses food for energy in a better way. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins. These chemicals make you feel happy and reduce stress.
Good posture is also important. When you stay active, your posture often becomes better. Finally, regular exercise can strengthen your immunity. This helps your body fight off illnesses and stay healthy.
Remember to eat well and drink plenty of water too. Being healthy means feeling good in your body and mind!

immunity — [ɪˈmjuː.nə.ti] — the body's ability to fight off illness, strengthened by regular exercise, imunitāte
Example: After starting to play football on weekends, Elīna noticed she got sick less often. Her doctor explained that exercise can strengthen her immunity.
